OK Catering recipes of the day gives you four of Jamaica's favourite dishes each day to bring back those sumptious moments.

Oxtail
2 lb. Oxtail
1 Lg. Onion (chopped)
1 lg. Green Bell Pepper (chopped)
1 tbsp Paprika
2 tbsp. Salt or Seasoned Salt
3 Carrots (cleaned and chopped)
1oz. Jamaican Browning
1 can Butter Beans
2 clove Garlic
4 Stlks.Thyme
6 Pimento Berries (Allspice)

Fruit Punch Cocktail

12 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate

1 small can (6 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate

1 cup pineapple juice
-
1/2 gallon dry ginger ale (32 ounces)

thinly sliced oranges, lemons, or a combination

Sweet Potato Pudding
-
1 whole nutmeg, grated
· 5 pound(s) sweet Potato
· 1 tablespoon(s) white rum
· 1 packet(s) Grace Coconut Milk Powder
· 1 teaspoon(s) salt
· 3 cup(s) dark Sugar
· 1 tablespoon(s) lime juice
· 5 cup(s) water
· 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon powder
· 1 cup(s) flour
